"I talked with Adam Parker and he was very polite and patient but he did not give me the full pic. So he gave me the price per month. Then after one month they increased the price in $100 a month without explanation. When I called him to ask and to understand this, he never answered and never returned my calls. I got the explanation from the company customer service."

"Danielle was GREAT! While I was initially reluctant to even answer the phone; I had filled out a “simple” application on Facebook to see if I qualify to save money on my insurance. The barrage of calls, texts and emails began almost immediately from multiple companies. Long story short, save yourself the trouble and contact James Brown’s State Farm office direct. After talking with Danielle, my family is saving $70 per month on auto and over $400 annually on home owners insurance!!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me what I needed without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Again, do yourself a favor and let them share your options!!!"

"James was extremely professional, yet personal at the same time . I was given information that not only did I lower my premium from my previous insurance carrier, but also up my coverages, which made me feel more secure with my coverage should anything happen in the future. I can honestly say I don't believe I have ever felt so comfortable talking with an insurance agent to get the coverages I really wanted without feeling pressured to do more than I could afford! I would definitely highly recommend james brown to anyone that wants to discuss insurance!"
